In 2020, while studying in Cologne, Daniel Angulo began working with a prominent Italian property investor. The role was operational and direct, centered on managing assets and understanding the mechanics of the real estate business on a daily basis. This period established the practical base of his work and set the foundation for the years ahead.
By 2022, his focus expanded to the financial markets, with a specialization in options. Although widely used in the United States and less common in Europe, options provided a structure suited for strategic capital deployment. During this phase, the concept for ANGULO Holdings took form. The first major result followed shortly after: the first EUR 100,000 generated through market operations.
The next step was Frankfurt. Relocating to Germany’s financial center opened access to broader networks and international exposure. Travel and cross-border activity strengthened relationships across multiple markets and laid the groundwork for global operations.
In 2023, the scope widened further. Daniel began working in CFO and financial advisory roles, supporting companies on funding, capital structure, and expansion matters. This included work with an American firm focused on international development and institutional financing. These engagements added structure, reach, and deeper experience in capital markets.
Following this progression, the strategy behind the company was refined. ANGULO Holdings evolved into ANGULO International Holdings, reflecting a broader mandate: real estate, business capital, and global opportunities. The firm is being built as a partner for strategic growth — providing access, structure, and execution when capital is required.
A separate real estate management company is scheduled for launch in 2026, expanding the operational side of the platform and completing the two-pillar structure:
real assets and business capital.
Going forward, the group is structured around two core activities: real estate asset management and the sourcing of business capital for companies operating in international markets. These functions define the firm’s focus and guide its development.
